HARRISON - Lauri A. St. Michel-Newhall, 49, of Plains Rd died Saturday, April 13, 2013 at a Lewiston Hospital following a long illness.
She was born in Portland, Maine on September 24, 1963 the daughter of Robert O. Sr. and Iris B. Jackson St. Michel. She attended schools in the Harrison area and graduated from Oxford Hills High School in the class of 1981.
On December 24, 1985 she married Shawn Newhall in Harrison where together they lived and raised their family.
Lauri was an artist who enjoyed painting, needle point, crocheting along with many other craft projects. Her greatest love was the time she spent surrounded by her family and friends.
Lauri was predeceased by both of her parents; a brother Robert St. Michel Jr. She is survived by her husband of twenty seven years Shawn Newhall of Harrison; a son Ezekial S. Newhall of Harrison; three sisters Helen and her husband Rob Robillard of S. Paris, ME, Gail and her husband Kevin Trenberth of CO, Mildred Dube of NH; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Coastal Cremation Services, 471 Deering Ave, Portland, Maine.
