Clifford Bruce Strout
Lyman – Clifford Bruce Strout, formerly of Panama City, FL, passed away peacefully at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House on Thursday, January 2, 2014. Cliff was born in Portland on June 30, 1942, the son of Marion Esther Dyer and Roland Winfield Strout. He graduated from South Portland High School in 1960. After graduating, Cliff served in both the Air Force and the Army.
He leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Peggy L. Strout and four step-sons; David Stait, Thomas Morton, Jr., Jon Morton and Brian Morton, one brother, Ronald Strout, twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services for Clifford will be private.
