Leslie (Scott) Linquist, 56, of Kennebunk died on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough following a long battle with Huntington's Disease. He was born in Biddeford on April 17, 1958, the son of Leon A. and Phyllis J. (Wright) Lindquist and grew up in Kennebunk.
Scott attended Kennebunk High School and received his GED in 1984 from Biddeford High School. He worked for Spiller's produce for several years. He also worked for McBride Landscaping until he was no longer able.
Scott lived being outdoors. He also loved going to all of his children's activities.
Scott was predeceased by hus parents Phyllis and Lean on his sister, Lora Stone. He is survived by his three children; April Ruffin of Saco, Nathan Lindquist of Saco and Joshua Lindquist of Lyman; his two brothers Leon A Lindquist, Jr of Kennebunk and Lance Lindquist of Biddeford; his two sisters Linda Herschell of Biddeford and Lisa Lindquist (Cook) of Kennebunk; as well as three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A gathering of rememberance will be held at a later date.
