Cathy Hutchins
Cathy Hutchins, 72, of Milliken Rd, Scarborough, died Thursday July 7, 2016 at the Gosnell House. Born in Robinson County, NC, she is a daughter of Russell and Velma Lou Revels Hunt.
Cathy ~was an avid gardener, enjoyed spending time at her summer home in Myrtle Beach and her number one enjoyment was the time she spent with her grandchildren.
She was a thirty-year employee of the Dry Dock Restaurant.
She is survived by her family: her husband of 39 years Roger W. Hutchins of Scarborough.
Two daughters, Diana Dufour Hill of Saco and Debbie Bonnvie and her husband Bill of Portland.
Two step daughters, Michelle Riggle and her husband John and their daughter Trinity of St. Thomas, V.I. and Monique Walker and her husband Butch of Portland and their children Gabe, Lily and Noel and her stepson Todd Hutchins and his wife Carrie of Cumberland and their children Allison, Gretchen, Marisa and William.
Three sisters, Joyce Larsen Lord of Waterville, Carolyn Cooper and Shirley Dunn ~both of North Carolina.
Cathy is also survived by three grandchildren Gwendelyn Hill of Saco, Billy Bonnvie and his wife Jamie of Windham and Brittany Nappi and her husband John of Portland. ~Three great grandchildren, Logan, Ethan and Nicole Bonnvie.
Cathy was predeceased by her first husband Donald Dufour and two brothers Billy Ray and Donald Ray Hunt.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday July 10, 2016 from 12-4 pm at the Portland Eagle Club, 184 St. Johns’ Street, Portland.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, 11 Hunnewell Rd, Scarborough, ME 04074.
