  Linda Nettie Rancourt, 64, passed away at Brentwood Rehabilitation Center on Friday, July 29, 2016 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic cancer. She was born in Lewiston, December 16, 1951, the daughter of Roy and Marguerite (Sennett) Chute.


    She enjoyed working in retail, and was employed at Zayres and Ames department stores. She was a member of the Twelve Hour club in Lewiston. She loved to laugh, and enjoyed exploring new places. She was known for her friendly, easy going, and understanding personality, and had the sweetest voice. A few of her favorite places were OOB, Luigi's eatery, and Disney World.
     She is survived by her sister, Josephine Sanford and two nephews, David Levasseur and Chuck Sanford, three daughters, Buffy Ward and her husband Spike, Candy Hathorne and her boyfriend Pat Herrin, and Michelle Bechard and her partner Lisa Ronco, seven grandchildren. Richard, Alicia and Danielle Patrie, Kera, Jocelyn and Shelby Baillargeon, and Anthony Bechard. Six great grand children and one on the way. 
    We want to sincerely thank the Brentwood team for the amount of care and compassion they displayed throughout her time with them. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and time to be announced for family and friends.
