Portland - Patricia A. Sellick passed away at her home on the morning of August 27, 2020. She was born in Portland on May 6, 1954 to Woodbury and June (Shane) Eldridge of Baldwin. She grew up in Baldwin and attended Baldwin schools.

She enjoyed playing games on her tablet, Bingo, scratching scratch tickets and watching Clint Eastwood movies. For a short time, she lived with her daughter and her family in Steep Falls. You could always see her outside waving to people as they drove by or walking to Steep Falls Market to buy scratch tickets. She moved to Portland in 2017 and had her own apartment in a residential building. She made many, many friends whom she loved. And they loved her as well. She had many nicknames, Gram, Ma, Fruit Loop, Old One, Nother Grammy, Patty but most of all she just liked to be called Pat and she would make sure she told you that. She was always good for a laugh, too. She very much enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren when she was able to. She was kind, friendly and very giving. If you needed something and she had it, she would give it to you or figure out how to get it for you.

She was predeceased by her parents, brothers Melvin ‘Jake’ Eldridge and Woody Eldridge.

She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Hubbard and her husband, Michael of Steep Falls. Son, Anthony Eldridge of Bangor. Son, Dale Eldridge of Windham. Brothers Eddie Shane and his wife Maxine, Arnold Eldridge and his wife, Patricia. Sisters Nancy Small and husband Ernie. Rachel Bucknam and her husband Beever. Stella Bean and her husband Tim. She had three granddaughters that she was close to and watched grow up, Nichole Sellick of Cornish. Felicia Sellick of Steep Falls and Emily Hubbard of Steep Falls. A grandson, Jordan King of Gorham. Granddaughters Tatiana and Taelor Eldridge. She was blessed with six great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Tristan, Brayden, Willow, Alayna and Adeline. She was pre-deceased by twin great-grandchildren who were waiting for her in Heaven. Patricia also had a boyfriend, whom she loved very much, Ken Smith.

There will be a private Celebration of Life in the future.
