Trudy Anne (Nowell) Glaster, 75, of Augusta, ME, passed away after an accidental fall on April 7, 2021. She was surrounded by family and passed peacefully.
Trudy was born in Bangor, ME on July 11, 1945 to parents Anna (Wedin) and Lynwood Nowell. She was a member of the South Parish Congregational Church in Augusta, ME.
She is survived by her husband Richard Glaster of Winslow, ME, her children Thomas Glaster and his wife Erika of Ipswich, MA, Michele Lapointe and her husband Jeff of Orrington, ME, Wendy Ireland and her husband Kim of West Gardiner, ME, her grandchildren John and Nathaniel Glaster, Christopher and Joshua Lapointe, and Emily Lachance, and her great grandchildren, Madison, Hadlee, Hadleigh and Oxley.
The family will hold a private memorial at Trudy’s beloved Green Lake. Please consider a donation in Trudy’s name to the Augusta Food Bank, 161 Mt Vernon Ave, Augusta, ME 04330 where Trudy was a dedicated volunteer.
